All our product photos are professional photographed with minimum retouching to maintain color as close as possible to our products. However, every computer monitor is different, so we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the color as viewed on your computer

Yarns are dye with different dye lot and may result if color shading. If you wish to purchase a specific dye lot, please contact our customer service team at info@about-strings.com

There is no difference! We use Amazon Logistics to help us get our products to you faster!

Our yarn weight classification is based on the standard yarn weight system from craft yarn council. Actual outcome might varies between different brands. We highly suggest check out our tension and swatch before projects.

Our yarns come in 50g or 100g / ball. You should compare the total weight or yarnage instead. We purposely tightly spun our products so you can save space and money. It looks bigger doesnt mean you get more.
